Through the contact form, we collect information you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, telephone number where supplied, your message, and details of the event or service you are interested in.

We do not request special categories of personal data. If you share dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances, we use that information only to prepare your catering proposal.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal (steps taken at your request before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To manage our commercial relationship if you engage our services (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To comply with applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising or disclose it to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, where applicable, throughout our contractual relationship. Afterwards, it is restricted for the legally required periods and then deleted.

We do not disclose your data except where required by law. Technical providers such as website hosting and email services may access it only to provide those services under the appropriate data-processing agreements.
